These Terms govern your access to and use of deskformula.com, including any content, features, products and services available through the website. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and manufacturing differences. Measurements are approximate, and minor production variations may occur.

The embedded sample pieces in our periodic-table display are decorative. Their authenticity and individual composition have not been independently verified by Desk Formula. No hazardous or radioactive material is represented as being supplied unless we have reliable evidence supporting that claim.

Product images may include lifestyle settings or digital visualisations for illustrative purposes. The product description, listed dimensions and included components should be used when assessing the product.

We may update, modify or discontinue products without notice. We may also limit quantities available to a person, household, location or jurisdiction.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Any shipping charges, duties, import taxes or other charges payable by you will be disclosed before purchase where reasonably possible.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by their country unless checkout states that these charges are included.

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there has been an obvious pricing error.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for checking that your delivery information is complete and accurate.

We remain responsible for providing any remedy required under applicable consumer law if an order is lost, damaged, materially delayed or not delivered.

If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery or failed to collect it, we may require payment of reasonable reshipping costs. This does not apply where the return resulted from our error or a failure to comply with applicable consumer law.

8. European Union customers

We do not currently market or offer delivery to every European Union country. However, if we make a product available for delivery to an EU customer and accept that order, mandatory EU consumer rights will apply.

Eligible EU consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. If multiple items from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final item is received.

The customer may exercise this right through an available self-service return option or by sending us a clear statement through our Contact page.

After notifying us, the customer must return the goods within 14 days using the instructions provided. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of withdrawal-based return shipping.

For a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Supplier-marketplace reviews displayed on our website are identified as such and do not represent purchases made directly from Desk Formula.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for an independent third-party website merely because our website links to it.

Nothing in this section removes any responsibility Desk Formula has for products sold directly through our store.

Desk Formula is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Desk Formula. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Desk Formula, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Desk Formula.
