Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Desk Formula. This policy operates alongside any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Change-of-mind returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with all included components. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Submit a return request through your order page or contact us through our website before returning anything. Returns sent without prior instructions may not be accepted.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a European Union country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason.

You must notify us within 14 days after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. If one order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the final item is received.

You can exercise this right by submitting a self-service return request through your order page or by sending us a clear statement through our contact form confirming your decision to withdraw.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within 14 days using the return instructions provided. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or we agree otherwise.

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and operation.

If you validly withdraw, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional charges resulting from your choice of an upgraded delivery method will not be refunded.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

These rights are separate from your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible through our website.

Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the item, packaging and issue. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.

Where required by applicable consumer law, Desk Formula will cover reasonable return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect products.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns outside the European Union withdrawal process, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.

Cancellations and order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Items that cannot be returned for change of mind

We cannot accept ordinary change-of-mind returns for:

  • Items used, damaged or altered after delivery

  • Items returned without all original components

  • Items returned outside the applicable return period

  • Gift cards

These exclusions do not restrict the EU right of withdrawal or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Australian consumer guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
